Comviva Appoints Rajesh Chandiramani as New CEO and Whole-Time Director

Digital solutions provider Comviva, a subsidiary of Tech Mahindra, has announced the appointment of Rajesh Chandiramani as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and whole-time director, effective June 1, 2024. This leadership change comes following the retirement of Manoranjan ‘Mao’ Mohapatra in May 2024. Mohapatra will continue to contribute to the company in his new role as a non-executive director on the Comviva Board.

Rajesh Chandiramani transitions into his new role after an extensive tenure at Tech Mahindra, where he held several senior leadership positions. He was most recently the business unit head for strategic markets in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, Japan, and India within the Communications, Media & Entertainment (CME) vertical.
